super bowl 2010
There is an abundance of information about how fruits and vegetables can help in removing toxins from the body. These foods contain the natural qualities needed to repair damaged cells as well as the flushing effects to clean out the debris from dead cells and remove the toxins that caused the damage. Some of these fruits and vegetables include grapefruit, mango, celery, and artichokes. But the list could go on! Numerous assortments of fruits and vegetables will feed your body with the healthy, wholesome properties needed for a natural body cleansing. So if there are so many options available that contain the important toxin-fighting qualities our bodies need, then why don't more people follow this type of diet? The answer is simple. Body detoxification is not a "quick fix" or "fad diet." It is a way of life. This can be a challenge for many people (including myself!) I've found the best way to make real changes in your lifestyle is to gradually include new, healthy habits into your daily routine.
