CRM therefore is nothing but another way of doing your homework. You may start a simple, paper-based CRM by simply keeping a file with index card; you can record things like a customer’s name, age, gender, address and occupation. And with each line on the card, you may record the data of purchased, the cost and quantity. You may then review the entries every two weeks and summarize it in a CRM report, which you could probably attach to your sales report.
