The best strategy I’ve found for managing all this info is to keep two identical: one in your computer and one in your phone. Having done this, make sure both databases are synchronized using your phone’s data suite software. Once the databases are in sync, you may think of them as a single database maintained from either device-your phone or you PC. This way, if you add a new contact on your phone, your data suite software will also add the new contact or appointment to your computer.
