Mark Buehrle Play of the Day

Establishing CRM begins by asking yourself critical questions to get answers that will give you some insight on your customers and your business. For example, if you sell products like food supplements, you may ask a question like, “Which products are our customers buying and why?” You then proceed to gather information, such as customer demographics and their habits, and the information you get is likely to lead to more questions and answers that could point to more business.
