Still, you don’t have to be on the Web to implement CRM. You can install CRM in a machine and then use it to input data and then analyze it. If you already have some IT skills, you can use software like Microsoft Excel and Access to implement a basic CRM. In Excel, you can record your customer data in a worksheet and then use Pivot Tables to manipulate and analyze them. And with Microsoft Access, you get a contact management template that you can use instead of the index cards we described above. You may then automate the process of analyzing data and generating reports quickly instead of reading your index cards one by one.
