She rarely deletes old SMS messages, so her phone, a Nokia 9210, amasses a large amount of these. She stores the old text messages in an archives folder, which is useful for keeping old messages handy. But after storing 1,000 messages to her phone acts up, so she transfers these old messages to her computer for posterity and maintains a couple of years of phone data in her PC hard drive. A bit extreme perhaps, but she says she depends on her phone to document meetings and messages from clients. In the events she needs to check on an old message about a project, she can find the data easily.
