There are some people that think that Butler may be able to pull off an upset victory, citing games such as Villanova beating Georgetown in 1985, North Carolina upsetting Houston in 1983 and in 1991, Duke defeated UNLV, all in which the underdog prevailed. However a poll conducted by USA Today showed that 61% of those polled stated that Duke would win tonight’s NCAA tournament championship 2010.The NCAA tournament championship 2010 with the Duke Blue Devils vs. the Butler Bulldogs will mark the conclusion of the March Madness frenzy. The shooting of Scheyer, Singler and Smith for Duke was outstanding in their Final Four game. This means Butler is going to have to focus on these players in order to be successful. They may not have the size and the same athletic ability as Duke, but they do have the hometown crowd behind them. Butler will have to work extremely hard to put the pressure on the Blue Devils.
