FOX Picks Up RIDEALONG, MIDLAND, RUNNING WILDE, TRAFFIC LIGHT, and KEEP HOPE ALIVE

FOX has picked up five pilots for the 2010-2011 TV season, according to The Live Feed.

The series include Shawn Ryan's police drama RIDEALONG which is cop show that includes a veteran cop and his newbie partner in Chicago; MIDLAND (could now be called LONE STAR) a new drama set in Texasabout a con man in the oil industry; Mitch Hurwitz's comedy RUNNING WILDE starring Will Arnett and Keri Russell about a "Beverly Hills jerk who falls in love with a charitable tree-hugging woman who can't stand his lifestyle or values;" TRAFFIC LIGHT a single-camera comedy based on an Israeli format about three men and their romances; and Greg Garcia's KEEP HOPE ALIVE about a simple-minded 20-something man who is raising a daughter.

I don't want to make any rash decisions about these shows, so I'll just say that some of them look like they have potential. I personally can't wait to see Running Wilde with Keri Russell and Will Arnett.
