When members do not purchase products or memberships and there are more free members on the site earning without supporting then a site reaches a level of instability. Which then measures need to be taken to insure the site longevity for members to earn. I have now decided that free members. Those that do not maintain a monthly membership to earn here will need to have purchased either a membership or at least $2.00 in advertising to be paid. If you request pay out and I see that you have done neither then you will need to in order to be paid.
